Terms and Conditions

Definitions

In these Conditions the following words have the following meanings:
‘the Company’ means Absolute Security Services Ltd
‘the Customer’ means the company, person or persons who register and order goods on this site.
‘the Contract’ means the contract between the Company and the Customer for the supply and if agreed the installation of products.
‘the Goods’ means the items specified on this web site.
‘the Contract Price’ means the total cost of Goods ordered.

Payment

Goods supplied shall be made in accordance with the terms referred to on the face of the invoice. Customers shall pay interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 5% of the original invoice total on a monthly pro-rata basis, and any charges detailed on any invoice issued to the customer by the Company.

Risk and Title

Risk in the products supplied will pass to the customer when Absolute Security Services Ltd provides the products to the Absolute Security Services Ltd carrier for delivery to the customer, or when applicable where the customer has arranged their own transport from our premises.

Time and Delivery

The customer accepts that any times and dates given are an estimate only and that, in this respect, time shall not be of essence of the contract. Absolute Security Services Ltd shall endeavour to stay within our estimated times of delivery.

Returns Policy

The returns policy does not apply to custom made Goods, however Goods not made to measure returned within 10 days unused, undamaged, and in their original packing will be refunded in full. The returns carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Goods

Goods represented by the Customer to be defective shall not form the subject of any claim for work done by the Customer or for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from such defects, but such Goods, if returned to the Company and accepted as defective, will be at the request of the Customer and if practicable be replaced as originally ordered. Defects in quality or dimensions in any delivery shall not be a ground for cancellation of the remainder of the order or Contract.

Event of Complaint

If the Buyer has any complaint, criticism or concern about any service provided by the Company, the Buyer can contact the Company:

  • In writing which you send by post to our address

  • by electronic mail using the contact form on this site
