Can be manufactured from square or round solid steel bar,available in 20mm,16mm or 12mm.The latter two generally used for internal use.

Mesh grills

Our most popular style of mesh is large or small diamonds construction for permanent or removable fixture. Various meshes are available in galvanized steel, including 1” and 2” square mesh, stone mesh and perforated meshes. Manufactured from mild steel, with a framework that edges the mesh to give extra strength and provide a neat finish. Cut outs are available to accommodate handles, letterboxes etc. and supplied in white powder coat finish, as standard Permanent, lift off or hinged, the grille is made to measure to suit any opening.

Hinged bar gates

Manufactured as above, however, with added hinges and locks. The bars gates can be transformed into effective security grille for doors. Our standard lock is a CHUBB 3G114. Other locks can be accommodated, as required. Scrolls can be added for a more decorative feature. Cut outs are available to accommodate handles, letterboxes etc. The grilles are all made to measure to suit any opening.

Bar grills

This particular security grille is designed for maximum security and as a permanent fixture to be installed either inside or out. Each bar is spaced at 125mm intervals between centre to centre of each bar. Manufactured from 16mm or 19mm steel bars, set in a steel frame and powder coated. 12mm or 16mm square bar, in solid steel, is also available. This can create a brick or Georgian pattern. Alternatively, 12mm x 5mm flat steel can be used to match to existing window frames: i.e. leaded windows.
